Our April speaker is Jessie O'Malley Solis, Senior Real Estate Agent with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) manages VTA's Joint Development Program. VTA's Joint Development Program works with municipal and private partners to encourage the development of housing, retail, and employment centers in places that will help increase VTA ridership and contribute to a vibrant community in Santa Clara County.

|Rising Water Rates: Paying for What?. A panel of industry experts will address the current state of rising water rates. Sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Southwest Santa Clara Valley, in conjunction with the Campbell Library, the program will present viewpoints from representatives of the San Jose Water Company, the California Public Utilities Commission, and Raftelis a registered municipal advisor for public utilities. The public will have an opportunity to hear perspectives from various sectors: provider, regulator, and outside analyst, so that they can get a balanced picture of how rates are set|
